Snyk Training
As the initial customer education hire, I designed, developed, and implemented three foundational learning paths for Snyk implementations, Snyk administrators, and developers who use Snyk. During my two years at Snyk, I created approximately 40 courses (usually about 10 minutes in duration each) to support customer onboarding and adoption.
Idaptive AcademyAs a consultant, I developed approximately 80 videos to build the foundation for the self-paced learning for onboarding new customers for Idaptive, an identity/multi-factor authentication tool.

Rapid7 AcademyAs a consultant, I developed approximately 60 videos to build the foundation for the self-paced learning for onboarding new customers to Rapid7 for InsightVM. The academy has evolved since I left, but my promotional video is still in use on the home page, and many of the videos are still in use in the catalog.

Workplace AcademyAs a consultant (with ServiceRocket), I developed approximately 30 videos to build the foundation for the self-paced learning for different use case scenarios for using Workplace.
